This is an exciting opportunity to analyse the Clinical Performance of our Clinical Teams across our group of GP Practices, collaborating closely with our Executive Team and Associate Director of Clinical Services. You will track performance against nationally established goals, aiming to standardise processes and achieve gold standard care across our practices. We have an extensive multi-disciplinary team eager to innovate and utilise their varied skill sets and we are looking for a Clinical Performance Lead to join this team.
You will ensure that quality is at the heart of everything we do within our surgeries, adhering to our clinical governance framework and supporting our clinical teams in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Conduct GP appraisals and critically analyse clinical work to identify areas for development.
Monitor the fulfilment of GP work plans and ensure adherence to GMC and organisational performance standards.
Implement organisational policies to enhance clinical governance and support clinical teams.
Provide mentorship and support to GPs, addressing concerns and promoting professional growth.
Manage a team of GPs, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.
