Will maximise the range of evidence based activities that can be provided on the ward, in order to improve patient experience of hospital stays, to maintain or rehabilitate in-patients' physical and cognitive skills, and to contribute towards discharge planning processes. Will work alongside others engaged in the delivery of meaningful activity on the ward, in order to plan, deliver, and evaluate patient activity programmes.
