The Activity Co-ordinator role at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trusts involves working in the Stroke Services on Ward C4, focusing on older adult patients who are medically safe for discharge. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a variety of individual and group activities to enhance the patient experience, maintain physical and cognitive skills, and support discharge planning.
