Other duties include answering telephone queries and using our Patient Administration and Associated Information Systems About us The successful candidate will be able to work in a calm, organised way with the ability to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The post entails manual handling and repetition of tasks. You must be confident, friendly and able to work in a very busy environment against tight deadlines. Previous knowledge and experience of working in a similar environment would be advantageous. It is essential that your application demonstrates your ability to meet the Job Description and Person Specification, and in particular your experience of working as part of a busy team, knowledge of confidentiality, good communication and customer service skills. The post requires the use of kick stools and step ladders to retrieve files and involves long periods of being on your feet. "}
