The Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Health Records Clerical Officer for a permanent, part-time position (22.5 hours/week) with morning shifts on Monday to Wednesday from 6 am to 2 pm. The role involves supporting the Health Records Department by handling patient records, including pre-filing, filing, processing storage requests, and preparing records for outpatient and inpatient services. Additional responsibilities include managing urgent file requests, answering phone queries, and using patient administration systems.

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
