This role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact by supporting the attraction, recruitment, and retention of social care professionals who are essential to the well-being of our communities. You’ll collaborate with various partners, including Social Care Wales, to drive forward key initiatives, as well as supporting the recruitment of social care roles, through innovative projects aimed at recruitment, and contribute to enhancing employee retention through strategic initiatives. You’ll be working closely with regional and national colleagues, building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of the sector.
