In this role you will be at the heart of a dynamic team, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of social care across the Cardiff and Vale region. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact by supporting the attraction, recruitment, and retention of social care professionals who are essential to the well-being of our communities.

You’ll collaborate with various partners, including Social Care Wales, to drive forward key initiatives, as well as supporting the recruitment of social care roles, through innovative projects aimed at recruitment, and contribute to enhancing employee retention through strategic initiatives.

You’ll be working closely with regional and national colleagues, building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of the sector. This is more than just an administrative role—it’s a chance to contribute to meaningful projects that support the social care workforce, ensuring that we continue to deliver excellent services to those who need them most.

  • With your strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail, you can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard.
  • You have a flair for administration and are comfortable using technology to support your work.
  • Your experience in a customer-focused or recruitment setting has equipped you with the skills to handle challenges with a solutions-based approach.
  • You are adaptable, resourceful, and ready to contribute your ideas to help us achieve our goals.
