Process all incoming and outgoing post promptly, and sign for deliveries Organise couriers Manage meeting room allocation/bookings Order Meeting Buffet requirements and prepare refreshments for meetings Keep Reception Area tidy at all times Ad-hob administration tasks for management. The ideal Receptionist will have: Excellent telephone manner and customer service Ability to adapt and remain calm in busy environment Well presented and spoken with strong written and oral communication skills. 2 plus years administration/office/reception experience. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office essential. Particularly, Word, Excel and Outlook which is used on a daily basis to complete administration tasks.
