A great opportunity for someone able to work as a Part-Time Reception, 4 afternoons and Friday morning, on a job share basis for a busy Group Corporate Part-Time Reception role.

This role involves a wide variety of admin support for the business in addition to the reception function.

Monday - Thursday 12 noon - 5pm. 08:30am - 12:30am

Part-Time Receptionist responsibilities:

  • Prepare Reception/Meeting Rooms ready for daily use including VC & Conference Phones)
  • Answer the telephone and handle enquiries
  • Meet and greet Clients/Suppliers
  • Ensuring all guests are recorded on the visitor list in line with security policy
  • Liaising with site security to book visitors onto site.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing post promptly, and sign for deliveries
  • Organise couriers
  • Manage meeting room allocation/bookings
  • Order Meeting Buffet requirements and prepare refreshments for meetings
  • Keep Reception Area tidy at all times
  • Ad-hob administration tasks for management.

The ideal Receptionist will have:

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service
  • Ability to adapt and remain calm in busy environment
  • Well presented and spoken with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • 2 plus years administration/office/reception experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office essential. Particularly, Word, Excel and Outlook which is used on a daily basis to complete administration tasks.
  • Hands on attitude and proactive approach
  • Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
