A great opportunity for someone able to work as a Part-Time Reception, 4 afternoons and Friday morning, on a job share basis for a busy Group Corporate Part-Time Reception role.
This role involves a wide variety of admin support for the business in addition to the reception function.
Monday - Thursday 12 noon - 5pm. 08:30am - 12:30am

Part-Time Receptionist responsibilities:
- Prepare Reception/Meeting Rooms ready for daily use including VC & Conference Phones)
- Answer the telephone and handle enquiries
- Meet and greet Clients/Suppliers
- Ensuring all guests are recorded on the visitor list in line with security policy
- Liaising with site security to book visitors onto site.
- Process all incoming and outgoing post promptly, and sign for deliveries
- Organise couriers
- Manage meeting room allocation/bookings
- Order Meeting Buffet requirements and prepare refreshments for meetings
- Keep Reception Area tidy at all times
- Ad-hob administration tasks for management.
The ideal Receptionist will have:
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service
- Ability to adapt and remain calm in busy environment
- Well presented and spoken with strong written and oral communication skills.
- 2 plus years administration/office/reception experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office essential. Particularly, Word, Excel and Outlook which is used on a daily basis to complete administration tasks.
- Hands on attitude and proactive approach
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
