Participate in clinical supervision programmes as appropriate, and to teach and act as a facilitator/mentor/preceptor to nursing or non-nursing staff To be designated to manage the Intensive Care Unit and/or act as a deputy to the person holding continuing responsibility. To develop leadership skills and experience in the management of the ward/department. The successful candidate will be expected to work clinically within the multidisciplinary team, maintain high standards of practice while supporting staff on a shift by shift basic and provide clinical leadership and decision making. The post holder will be required to be an enthusiastic and integral member of our established and committed team, and provide and supervise the delivery of excellent patient care.
