The Successful Candidate Can Expect To Deliver sustainable performance improvements in relation to waiting times standards. Be responsible for the management of the Patient Tracking List (PTL) / Waiting List (WL) for a range of specialist services. Work alongside Clinical Services Managers (CSMs) and the General Manager (GM) to identify capacity and resources needed to help reduce the waiting list backlog and achieve compliance with the targets. Develop, together with the Trust’s Information Team, a system of regular reporting and monitoring of the waiting list per specialty.
