FNP is underpinned by an internationally recognised evidence base which shows it can improve health, social and educational outcomes in the short, medium and long term. The post holder will work within the Children and Young Peoples Directorate supporting the review, analysis and improvement of performance data, projects around the development of key features within Clinical Systems and utilising new functionalities within Electronic Patient Records managing communication with all staff on new and existing processes. They will liaise with the Applied Information team and Systems Administration team to ensure the data captured within the clinical systems aligns with the key performance indicators linked to each of the contracts. They will be responsible for supporting staff in improving the quality of data recording within clinical records working with Service Managers, Professional Service Leads, project teams, clinical improvement teams and other key stakeholders. The post holder will contribute and review the data and support the development, review and improvement of administrative systems in line with the Trusts’ Electronic Patient Record strategy. They will be responsible for the timely review of data and submission to the Service Managers and General Manager responsible for the contracts.
