You will have experience working with Patients undergoing routine surgery for Breast and Gynaecological surgeries. You must have previous experience of working in the NHS at band 2 or above. You will be highly motivated and prepared to innovate and develop practice and work as part of a highly functioning team. Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. You should have an awareness of relevant legislation, policies, standards, best practice statements, guidelines and capability frameworks. You should be able to provide evidence of personal development and a willingness to undertake appropriate training. Hours: 33.3 per week. A flexible approach to shift patterns will be essential.
