As a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker within Ward 309 at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. You will have experience working with Patients undergoing routine surgery for Breast and Gynaecological surgeries. You must have previous experience of working in the NHS at band 2 or above.

You will be highly motivated and prepared to innovate and develop practice and work as part of a highly functioning team.

Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. You should have an awareness of relevant legislation, policies, standards, best practice statements, guidelines and capability frameworks. You should be able to provide evidence of personal development and a willingness to undertake appropriate training.

Hours: 33.3 per week. A flexible approach to shift patterns will be essential.
