You'll be working 1-1 with young people in providing the treatment plan, drawing on a variety of interventions that may involve multi-agency networking where necessary. You will be offered in house training in a number of evidence-based interventions, for example DBT skills, Mentalisation based therapy, motivational interviewing and compassionate focused therapy to name just a few.
