We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation; health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037 . Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year. Our Manchester Office requires a Part time receptionist 08:30am-13:30pm hours daily Monday to Friday (specific duties and Kpi(s) will be defined during induction ) to include: Entry and welcome (signing in and out) Protection of staff , assets and visitors Monitoring and distribution of key fobs Information and direction Waiting and meeting area. Building checks to include monitoring of cleaning, H&S and Repairs/fault reporting Input and proactively manage all data to support the successful management of the reception and records appropriate to Facilities Management in the Manchester office and wider Northern region. Working closely with Property Compliance Officer, Administrator and Facilities Manager to assist the London office with scheduling property compliance surveys, checks and audits Create monthly reports to be delivered to the Head of Facilities, Building Safety & HSE About You Effective communicator with natural ability to facilitate open and honest conversations. Able decision maker with a can do attitude. Respectful and empathetic, always considering the impact on our young people. Flexible, always adapting to changing needs. Proactive, always looking for creative ways of working. Previous experience in Reception or Administration role preferred Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines.
