Job Overview As a healthcare assistant you will be required to ensure the safety of residents at all time whilst delivering the upmost exceptional care and providing dignity and respect at all times. Role Responsibilities help with personal care, such as showering, dressing and toileting Assist with food preparation and provide help with eating Assist with household tasks, such as laundry and general cleanliness Provide emotional support and help promote mental wellbeing Support with hobbies and physical activities Get to know service users and understand their individual needs and interests Liaise with other health and social care professionals Help to organise outings and other leisure activities Provide support to families and relatives taking on new care responsibilities Qualifications, Experience And Skills Experience as a healthcare assistant would be beneficial, however if you are looking to start a career within the healthcare sector to make a different to peoples lives and can demonstrate a can do attitude, you will be considered for interview.
