Main duties of the job The over-riding purpose is to support the provision of the highest quality patient care through personal actions and continuous improvement. You will be expected to undertake the following duties: Provision of a service to Sherwood Forest Hospitals, with responsibility for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness, and the proper functioning of the department the post holder is expected to contribute towards the teaching and training of medical students participating in medical audit, the Trust's Clinical Governance processes and in CPD About us We have close working relationships with community teams and primary care, and we have been successful in creating effective pathways for our patients in order to improve their care and experience across the healthcare system. Existing services have been recently assessed by GIRFT and formal feedback was excellent.
