If you currently hold an overseas nursing qualification and require sponsorship we are not currently direct hiring Internationally Qualified Nurses. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the neonatal team based at The Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath. This is an 8 bedded special care unit led by a team of Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners. You will be expected t work alongside the nursing team to provide excellent care to our families. There is an expectation that some cross site working at the Trevor Mann Baby Unit in Brighton will take place to meet the needs of the service. You should be a qualified or near to qualifying nurse associate who is keen to work with families and neonates. We will offer ongoing training and support for professional development. Summary Of Details Include Effective communication Work within your NMC Code of Professional Conduct Participate in discussions working with multidisciplinary teams Follow Health and Safety targets and Infection Prevention procedures Maintain awareness of evidence base and best practice in nursing care Provide best clinical care Accurate and clear documentation To continue with continuous learning and development.
