A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICES ASSISTANT AT THE PRINCIPAL YORK What you'll be doing... Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following. To be the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel. Assist with luggage from Cars to the guest rooms To ensure that all guests luggage is kept securely Directing guests to their room, and the Food and Beverage Hotels within the Hotel Advising guests of places to visit whilst in York. Upselling our Restaurant and Bars to all guests and advising them of their location To ensure compliants and feedback is dealt with using company procedures and within given guidelines. To succeed in the role of Guest Services Assistant you will need the following qualities and skills.
