PERFORMANCE AND DEVELOPMENT This job description will be used as a basis for conducting an annual performance and development review between the post holder and the Operations Manager. VARIATIONS This job description describes the main purpose and key responsibilities and accountabilities of the post. The post holder may be required to undertake any additional duties or responsibilities as may reasonably be required. Castlecroft is a large independent and traditional GP surgery in South West Wolverhampton serving around 12,800 patients. The practice is based in a purpose built medical centre with a large supportive team. The workload in general practice is continuously increasing and we are in the process of re-structuring to strengthen our non-clinical team to help cope with this extra work and to continue providing a great service to our patients. We are looking for applicants with common sense, initiative and a pleasant personality who are able to manage many different tasks at once to fill this key position within our practice. Experience would be preferred; however full training and support will always be given and all applications are welcome.
