CONFIDENTIALITY/INFORMATION GOVERNANCE
Information is vitally important for the safe clinical management of patient care and the efficient administration of services and resources. Information Governance is a framework to enable the practice to handle personal and corporate information appropriately.
The work is of a highly confidential nature and no information, either medical, personal or corporate, should be disclosed outside of practice personnel
It is the responsibility of all employees to ensure they abide by the requirements of Confidentiality and Information Governance as set out in the Employee Handbook.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The post holder is responsible for the health and safety and welfare of both themselves and others in the working environment, and should follow safe working practices and comply at all times with the Practices Health and Safety policy.
PERFORMANCE AND DEVELOPMENT
This job description will be used as a basis for conducting an annual performance and development review between the post holder and the Operations Manager.

Castlecroft is a large independent and traditional GP surgery in South West Wolverhampton serving around 12,800 patients. The practice is based in a purpose built medical centre with a large supportive team.
The workload in general practice is continuously increasing and we are in the process of re-structuring to strengthen our non-clinical team to help cope with this extra work and to continue providing a great service to our patients.
We are looking for applicants with common sense, initiative and a pleasant personality who are able to manage many different tasks at once to fill this key position within our practice. Experience would be preferred; however full training and support will always be given and all applications are welcome.
