We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Assistants to support Ward 18 - Recovery and Rehabilitation Unit. The ward is busy and you will need to be able to work under pressure at times. You will work within the established nursing team on Ward 18 alongside registered nurses, healthcare assistants and therapy staff providing care to patients on the ward. Promotes a 'can do' attitude and determination to develop and sustain a dynamic and responsive clinical and administrative support service within a Community Hospital / Community Team setting which delivers best practice. To observe the general behaviour, ability and response of patients/clients and to record the information and report to qualified staff as and when required.
