Requirements Previous up to date UK based care experience working with children Driver with access to own vehicle Reliable Experience report writing Experience working with challenging behaviours or willingness to do so. Flexible and able to support in other projects if the need arises. Patient, nurturing and kind with a passion for children and young people. Knowledge and understanding of working with children with EBD, ADHD, attachment issues and other behaviours that might be exhibited. Willing to undergo further training the development to progress into the role. Can work well as part of a team and can communicate effectively. A keen listener with a drive to understand others and can see other points of view.
