We are looking for a high calibre and experienced individual to provide a high quality, comprehensive and responsive secretarial service and administrative support to the Group CNO and CMO. The role will include managing busy diaries and arranging complex meetings, supporting and servicing meetings and working as part of the team to ensure cover to the Trust executive office. If your previous experience includes working at a Senior PA level for a corporate director preferably within an acute trust environment, then this could be the role for you. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with first class executive assistant/business management and administrative skills and an ability to handle a busy and varied workload. You will also be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and be able to work on your own initiative. Diplomacy and discretion are essential qualities for this post, as are excellent IT skills.
