The practice is situated close to Morden town centre, which has good public transport links. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join as part of a multidisciplinary team to support our clinicians and patients We are looking for an experienced practice nurse to work in conjunction with our existing nursing team which comprises of a Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistants (HCAs). Responsibilities will be for the delivery of practice nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population. The practice nurse will be responsible for a number of clinical areas such as Cervical smears, Baby & adult General immunisations, dressing and wound care, health promotion, travel vaccinations, infection prevention and control.
