Also supporting the system validating some of the longest waiting patients and reallocating to other providers The post holder will: Work as a member of the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) Referral Facilitation Service (RFS) based within the Elective Activity Co-ordination Hub (EACH) Work as a member of the ICB Elective Activity Co-ordination Hub Team Work within a team to deliver an electronic patient triage and appointment booking service Your main duty is to receive electronic referral for patients, undertake an admin check to ensure all relevant information is present, schedule the patient for clinical triage and then liaise with the patient by telephone to book them the most appropriate appointment. Theservice works to strict deadlines and requires you to handle confidential, complex and sensitive patient's clinical information on a daily basis. You will also be required to communicate with other partners (GPs, Providers) who provide the direct patient care. Excellent verbal communication & interpersonal skills Knowledge ofall clerical and administrative processes Effective time management & ability to work to tight deadlines Ability to carryout the role with minimum supervision.
