The rotation is well established and offers opportunities within: Orthopaedics Hand Therapy (3 days) Orthopaedics (2 days) Older Persons Unit - acute Medicine Surgery Hospital Outreach Support Team (HOST) Neurology Milford Community Hospital This post is suitable for an existing band 5 who has achieved their core competencies within an acute trust, but has not yet achieved sufficient experience to apply directly for a band 6 post. Within this position, the successful candidate will progress from Band 5 to a Band 6 upon completion of transitional competencies within a set time frame. Whilst completing the competencies the post will be static, however on progression into Band 6, you will join our rotational scheme. As a Band 6 therapist you will also have the opportunity to supervise band 5s and/or assistants, apprentices and Occupational Therapy Students on placement, as well as contribute to our service development.
