We work with the leading neuro-developmental specialists and have developed an updated pathway for our Autism assessments that combines the ADI-R and ADOS-2 tests. As part of your role you will provide remote ASD assessments as part of an MDT. Joining our highly skilled clinical team we will give you full support of our qualified triage team and an industry leading digital platform that streamlines the experience for both yourself and your patient removing much of the administrative requirement and helping to improve patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for conducting comprehensive cognitive assessments using tools such as (WISC) and (WAIS). You will play a crucial role in providing valuable insights into cognitive functioning, aiding in the development of tailored intervention plans and contributing to the overall improvement of individuals' well-being. Responsibilities Administer and score cognitive assessments, with a primary focus on the WISC for children and WAIS for adults. Diagnosing, conferring and working with our ADOS-2 and ADI-R clinicians Report writing Conduct thorough clinical interviews to gather relevant information about individuals' history, development, and current functioning. Utilise a variety of assessment tools beyond cognitive measures to obtain a comprehensive understanding of clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, complying with ethical and legal standards. Document assessment procedures, results, and interpretations in a clear and concise manner. Effectively communicate assessment results to patients and their families. Required Qualifications And Experience Current HCPC Registration At least 3 years experience post qualification in a similar position Training and relevant experience in conducting cognitive assessments in WISC and WAIS Evidence of Indemnity Insurance Training and relevant experience in ADI-R / ADOS Legal right to work in the UK Enhanced DBS check (less than 3 years old) Excellent communication and report writing skills Evidence of recent Safeguarding training - Level 2 or above The role can be offered on a full time or part time basis working remote or in our Oxford clinic, if you are local.
