Main duties of the job The ideal candidate would have experience in all areas of general practice nursing. You will be responsible for managing and providing care for patients, this will include: Chronic disease management (training if not already proficient). To work with and support the nursing team and wider clinical team. To participate and support practice audit and research as appropriate.
