NB: We do not offer sponsorships Block bookings potentially available - Full or Part Time Weekly pay (Free of charge) About The Role As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for their residents. Your responsibilities will include: Providing personal care and hygiene assistance Supporting residents with daily living activities Encouraging independence and promoting a positive environment Assisting with meal times and medication administration Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Working closely with the nursing team to deliver holistic care About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: A genuine passion for caring for others Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team A patient and empathetic approach A willingness to learn and develop new skills Minimum of 6 months of working in a similar role Experience in working with individuals with brain injuries or other neurological conditions is desirable but not essential.
