Overview
- Location: Newport
- Pay: £12.82 - £26.76 (PAYE)
- Shifts: Days, Nights and Weekends
- Flexible agency work.
- NB: We do not offer sponsorships
- Block bookings potentially available - Full or Part Time
- Weekly pay (Free of charge)
About The Role
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for their residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
- Supporting residents with daily living activities
- Encouraging independence and promoting a positive environment
- Assisting with meal times and medication administration
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Working closely with the nursing team to deliver holistic care
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A patient and empathetic approach
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Minimum of 6 months of working in a similar role
