The post holder will be an integral part of the People Team at NUH as well as supporting the hospitals 4 Divisions via the HR Business Partners and management teams. This is an exciting role that requires medical expertise and would also suit medical experts seeking more generalist experience. Reporting to the site Director of People the post holder will provide professional advice, support and guidance to staff on the interpretation of Medical & Dental Terms and Conditions of Service (TCS), legal employment requirements, nationally agreed guidance/procedures and our local Trust policies Flexible working is encouraged.
