Our client, a dynamic investment management firm, is looking for a genuine team-player to join their Front of House team who are valued by the business for providing an elevated level of service. What you’ll be doing day-to-day: Acting as first point of contact and ambassador for the firm at all times Meeting and greeting clients and staff, providing a highly personable and warm welcome Managing conference room bookings, using internal software applications Responding to meeting room requests and monitoring the diary of events Covering for the EAs’ holiday/sickness – including diary management and scheduling Extensive travel coordination – booking flights, taxis and making hotel reservations Checking set-up and restock of meeting rooms, working closely with catering and tech teams Ensuring that all client venue areas, spaces and meeting rooms are immaculate at all times Looking out for any defects which may impact on the guest experience Helping to coordinate client events and team events / annual trips Liaising with HR on arrangements for new joiners (creating welcome packs etc), and first aid training The skills you need to bring: Previous experience working front of house in a corporate environment Proven experience with diary management / scheduling / travel coordination A genuine desire to be ‘of service’ to everyone you come into contact with Exceptional attention to detail Warm, upbeat and engaging manner Immaculate personal presentation Ability to work in-office every day Excellent MS Office skills "}
