Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of high quality care through involvement in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. Supporting the service user, their carers and the wider professional team. Actively promoting a caring attitude at all times, treating patients / service users with dignity and respect. The post holder will organise their own time and work on own initiative as necessary, prioritising service user care under the supervision of an appropriate professional. They will support the delivery of planned care to service users as required in the provision of direct/indirect care.
