Admin is a most valued part of the service and integral to awider group of warm and welcoming 'family' of staff and managers who have been developing the service over the past 2 years and were pleased to recently receive a rating of GOOD by the CQC. The service covers the whole of Suffolk with 3 main community bases in Ipswich, Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds. The successful applicant will be office based at the Bury St Edmunds office at F Block, Hospital Road in order to fully support the team with all aspects of administration and answering all incoming calls.Office hours are 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. The admin team is led and supported by a Business Support Manager, but day to day line management will be provided by a Senior member of the admin team. The role is to provide full administrative support to the Learning Disability Community Team West and the Team Leader including: processing incoming referrals, typing correspondence and reports, preparing agendas and taking minutes at team meetings, maintaining and uploading up to date information to the Trust database (full training will be given) dealing with telephone queries etc. ability to travel independently There will be a system of cross cover with other Clinical Administrators within the service covering sickness and annual leave. Whilst the work can be challenging, this is an excellent opportunity for the ideal candidate to gain experience within the NHS. "}
