Responsible for ensuring that all allocated locality teams are embedded within GP surgeries fostering better relationships. Responsible for ensuring the re-designed service has a multi-disciplinary and decision making within allocated teams and that all appropriate policies and protocols are in place and complied with. To work with the LD Operational Lead to ensure that financial viability is maintained. To be the budget holder for allocated Trust services in conjunction monitoring and controlling expenditure against budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant Trust financial controls, achieving cost savings as determined.
