The shift pattern is Monday Friday An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Primary Care support services to be part of the transformational change Programme within Primary Care. As such the post will evolve to meet the changing needs through this change Programme and therefore you will require to be flexible and responsive while working across health and social care services within NHSGGC. The post holder will support delivery of the GP Contract across NHSGGC, under the supervision of the Primary Care Support & Development Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day administration tasks, playing a key role in supporting the business of GMS Contract Team based within Primary Care Support. You Will Require An in-depth knowledge of administration systems, processes and procedures to perform the role. Experience in all aspects of administration, including data handling, and an ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively. Work experience in a healthcare environment either primary or secondary care. Knowledge of the GP Contract, General Practice and their systems. The ability to work under pressure and be responsive to ad-hoc requests. Good communication, negotiation and support skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Please note interviews are expected to be held week commencing 04/03/24.
