Acting as first point of reference for parents and carers as well as visitors, staff and children, you will be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service at all times. The Post Requires Someone Who Is well organised and efficient Used to dealing with a diverse workload Has the ability to work under pressure Has strong numeracy and literacy skills Is able to communicate effectively with parents, staff, pupils and a range of outside agencies Is friendly, welcoming and approachable, with a good sense of humour welcomes a challenge! There will be extensive use of PC based programmes so a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google products are required. Experience of managing pupil data systems would be an advantage, as would previous experience of working within a school/similar setting. However, training will be provided as appropriate. St Lawrences Primary School is a wonderful place to work. We are a supportive, creative and forward thinking team, well supported by our community, parents/carers and Local Governing body. This position is available with an immediate start, and to start no later than the 4 th November 2024.
