St Lawrence’s Primary School are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our office team.

Acting as first point of reference for parents and carers as well as visitors, staff and children, you will be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.


The Post Requires Someone Who


  • Is well organised and efficient
  • Used to dealing with a diverse workload
  • Has the ability to work under pressure
  • Has strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Is able to communicate effectively with parents,

staff, pupils and a range of outside agencies

  • Is friendly, welcoming and approachable, with a

good sense of humour

  • welcomes a challenge!

There will be extensive use of PC based programmes so a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google products are required.

Experience of managing pupil data systems would be an advantage, as would previous experience of working within a school/similar setting. However, training will be provided as appropriate.
