We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive candidate to fulfil the role of Admin Team Leader within the TRC which is part of the Respiritory department. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working within a supervisory or management post either within the NHS or have relevant experience outside the Trust with Transferrable skills. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to develop and nurture fellow team members. The successful candidates will be organised and flexible in their approach to the role. ABOUT THE TEAMS You will be supporting the Admin who are based in the TRC in the main hospital on D level. This is a part time role covering maternity leave fixed term for 1 year. This would need to be over 3 days. Mon-Wed-Frid would be the ideal. Working hours would be 8-4. "}
