What to expect

3. How do you manage the emotional and physical demands of working in healthcare?
4. Describe a situation where you had to provide compassionate care to a patient. What did you do, and what was the outcome?
5. How do you prioritise the needs of patients who may have conflicting demands? Can you provide an example?
6. What techniques do you use to communicate effectively with patients who may have difficulties understanding or expressing themselves?
7. How would you describe your communication style when working within a healthcare team?
8. Can you give an example of a time when you had to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals? How did you handle any challenges that arose?
9. What steps do you take to ensure that you are aligned with your colleagues during a shift?
10. How do you handle situations where a patient's needs may conflict with hospital policies or procedures?
11. Can you discuss a time when you witnessed inappropriate care or behaviour in a healthcare setting? What actions did you take?

13. Describe a time you had to adapt quickly to a change in a patient’s condition or treatment plan. How did you manage that situation?
