This is a hybrid role, with 4 days based in the office and 1 day from home. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a team, plus one Director. The Role Collection and distribution of data. Collating monthly reports. Preparing Health and Safety reports. Assistant with ordering and management of stationery and equipment. Booking training requirements and maintaining the training matrix. Updating and maintain data on a central system. Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meetings and external events. Support in preparing board packs. Creating and updating spreadsheets. Minute taking. General office duties including typing, scanning, copying, and filing. Supporting with diary management, organising meetings, email and letter preparation. Submitting and managing data to external agencies. About You Excellent practical knowledge of Microsoft packages. A dynamic and confident people-person. Experienced Administrator with as proven track record. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload. Attention to detail. Full and clean driving licence. Working hours are Monday to Friday, either 9am - 5pm, or 8.30am - 4.30pm.
