Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.
This is a hybrid role, with 4 days based in the office and 1 day from home.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a team, plus one Director.
The Role
- Collection and distribution of data.
- Collating monthly reports.
- Preparing Health and Safety reports.
- Assistant with ordering and management of stationery and equipment.
- Booking training requirements and maintaining the training matrix.
- Updating and maintain data on a central system.
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meetings and external events.
- Support in preparing board packs.
- Creating and updating spreadsheets.
- Minute taking.
- General office duties including typing, scanning, copying, and filing.
- Supporting with diary management, organising meetings, email and letter preparation.
- Submitting and managing data to external agencies.
About You
- Excellent practical knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- A dynamic and confident people-person.
- Experienced Administrator with as proven track record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Full and clean driving licence.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, either 9am - 5pm, or 8.30am - 4.30pm.
