The successful applicant will work closely with our clinical teams to provide high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring that patients with life-limiting illnesses live life to the fullest and die with dignity, both in our inpatient unit and out in the community. In this role, you will work closely with our neighbouring healthcare providers and the Northwest Surrey Alliance, fostering strong partnerships to ensure seamless continuity of care for our patients. By collaborating with hospitals, GPs, community services, and other healthcare professionals, you will help to create a cohesive network of support, enhancing the quality of care for those with life-limiting illnesses and their families. This collaboration is essential in providing integrated, patient-centred care, and ensures our patients receive comprehensive support throughout their healthcare journey. Closing date for this role is 18th August 2024 (interview on application) Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive palliative care, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. Education and Development: Work with the Clinical & Education Teams to support the development of clinical practice through education. This includes the assessment of clinical skills and competence, as well as the development and review of clinical policies and guidelines.
