Are you a compassionate and dedicated consultant in palliative medicine, eager to make a profound impact on the lives of patients and their families? Our hospice is seeking an exceptional individual to join our multidisciplinary team, bringing their expertise to our beautiful facility in the heart of Northwest Surrey.

This exciting role will enable a consultant to blend their clinical expertise with a commitment to holistic patient care. The successful applicant will work closely with our clinical teams to provide high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring that patients with life-limiting illnesses live life to the fullest and die with dignity, both in our inpatient unit and out in the community.

In this role, you will work closely with our neighbouring healthcare providers and the Northwest Surrey Alliance, fostering strong partnerships to ensure seamless continuity of care for our patients. By collaborating with hospitals, GPs, community services, and other healthcare professionals, you will help to create a cohesive network of support, enhancing the quality of care for those with life-limiting illnesses and their families. This collaboration is essential in providing integrated, patient-centred care, and ensures our patients receive comprehensive support throughout their healthcare journey.

Clinical Leadership:
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive palliative care, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.




Education and Development:
Work with the Clinical & Education Teams to support the development of clinical practice through education. This includes the assessment of clinical skills and competence, as well as the development and review of clinical policies and guidelines.


Direct Patient Care:
Provide face-to-face care to patients and their families within our clinical environments, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.


Quality Initiatives:
Engage in quality initiatives and clinical projects, enhancing your career while contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.


Communication and Collaboration:
Foster effective communication and collaboration within the multidisciplinary team and with external healthcare providers within the Northwest Surrey Alliance and beyond.
