Assist with feeding and ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met. Administer basic first aid and support in emergency situations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements Minimum of 6 months experience working as a care assistant in the UK. Up-to-date mandatory training, including practical sessions in moving and handling, basic life support, and first aid. Enhanced DBS certificate, allowing you to work with adults and children, registered on the update service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care. Ability to handle challenging behaviour with sensitivity and professionalism. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
