If so, we are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to work with us to develop our team in Ward 33. We are keen to recruit an individual who is passionate about educating and developing staff to reach their full potential. We are a 33 bedded ward which has recently become a single speciality Ward being Renal. If you want to make a genuine difference in your patients' lives and feel truly privileged to be able to provide extremely high care this is the role for you! The role is to consistently drive excellent clinical quality standards by providing visible clinical leadership to the team and support them in the delivery of high quality, effective and evidence based care. Focus will be on patient experience, patient safety and providing assurance that standards are met for every patient, every time. We are proud to be a team with a strong sense of collaboration across all our healthcare professionals, working together to drive our service forward. Therefore, the candidate must be committed to the on-going development of the ward and multi disciplinary team working, and have the drive and passion to create an inspirational learning and working environment. This role requires you to be assertive, flexible, resilient, forward thinking and ready to develop your leadership skills in an acute setting. You will be required to take charge in challenging circumstances and support junior colleagues at all times.
