Do you want to support the leadership and development of a team in a fast paced unit which provides first class care for patients?

If so, we are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to work with us to develop our team in Ward 33. We are keen to recruit an individual who is passionate about educating and developing staff to reach their full potential.

We are a 33 bedded ward which has recently become a single speciality Ward being Renal.

If you want to make a genuine difference in your patients' lives and feel truly privileged to be able to provide extremely high care this is the role for you!

The role is to consistently drive excellent clinical quality standards by providing visible clinical leadership to the team and support them in the delivery of high quality, effective and evidence based care. Focus will be on patient experience, patient safety and providing assurance that standards are met for every patient, every time.

Therefore, the candidate must be committed to the on-going development of the ward and multi disciplinary team working, and have the drive and passion to create an inspirational learning and working environment.
