The successful applicant will be expected to work to our high standards of patient care and service delivery. We provide a comprehensive training package in a supporting and welcoming environment. Our multidisciplinary team, deliver care for patients who are undergoing joint replacement surgery, such as hip replacements, knee replacements, shoulder surgery and spinal surgery. In addition, we can also care for some day case patients who may need a hospital stay overnight. The pace can be fast but job satisfaction is high. Do you fancy a new challenge? Includes usual band 3 tasks of completing comprehensive documentation, being a role model and supervising band 2 junior Health care assistants to Trust standards and expectations and adhering to fluid & Hydration, pressure reliving care, falls and MUST policies amongst others.
